Hand & Foot Reflexology Session (50min)
Relax in the comfort of the Salt Therapy Cave as you receive is the ancient healing technique of Reflexology, and a form of touch therapy that applies pressure on specific areas on the hands & feet. The body is an interconnection of reflex points that correspond to different organs and body parts. Various combinations of finger and thumb techniques are used on specific reflex points in the hand & feet to assist stress and pain relief.

Bio-well Wellness Assessment Session (30min)
Bio-well Wellness Assessments include a personal analysis in .pdf format. These assessments take about 30 minutes, they must be done in-person. This service also includes a downloadable 10-minute audio track with customized frequencies to specifically address your current energetic makeup. This audio track should be used at home daily to help bring your body back into energetic balance.

Reiki/Quantum Healing Session (50min)

Applied Kinesiology Session (50min)
Kinesiology is a naturally holistic approach which creates and maintains optimal health and well-being. We are energetic beings living in an ocean of energetic vibration. Bioelectrical energy flows through various pathways throughout the body. When this energy flows unobstructed, we feel our best physically, mentally and emotionally.
Experiencing physical or emotional symptoms or any form of dis-ease shows you are living, thinking, eating, this dis-ease and you are not allowing your innate intuition and wisdom to carry out the proper bodily functions to create perfect health. In this session we assist you in creating full body balance. Session is 50 minutes in length.
